Due to the volume of activity generated by Sections and Committees of the Association, all member and nonmember reservations for meal functions must be made in writing and paid in advance by either registering via our website or returning the reservation form sent with meeting notices. A sample reservation form can be found at the conclusion of this resource guide. Due to requirements for guarantee figures to hotels and caterers, along with Association staffing needs, all reservations and dietary restrictions for meal functions must be received (72) hours prior to the event.
If less than (5) individuals are registered for a meeting it will be turned into a brown-bag lunch. This will be determined (3) days prior to the meeting.
Notice is required (24) hours prior to an event to reserve our laptop and projector. The Association reserves the right to decline any request made less than (24) hours in advance as equipment may not be available.
